Arkham City is the tits, I just wish there was some bat-mobile action! Maybe they'll go all out in the next one.

Is there going to be a next one? Everything I'd read gave me the indication that this was the last Arkham game for all involved... (Don't get me wrong, I'd love for it to continue).

I just beat Arkham City and it doesn't seem like it's leading to another sequel like Asylum did with its ending.

you never know with games. how many times have they announced a "final" halo game? if it sells millions they'll usually make another.

I've been using that controller since the PSX days, so yeah, I never had trouble with it. For me it's the best one.

Same with me, been using it since forever, the whole Xbox thing just passed me by. I went fron NES to Genesis, then PS1 PS2 PS3. For me, that is THE controller.

The original PSX controller was awesome don't get me wrong, it was similar to the SNES pad which I loved too. The problem with it was when the added the analogue sticks. They're just in in the wrong place as are the triggers. They should've designed the thing properly from scratch rather than just added the sticks to an existing design where they don't fit well. The thing is tha because of the size of the thing you end up holding it in your finger tips rather than the palms of your hands so it's awkward to use the sticks with any degree of precision or at least it is for me.

i don't mind the PSX controller, i do think the ps3 one has 2 main flaws:

the absolutely wrong shape of the triggers(seriously how did that get past the common sense stage of testing?)

and the absolute cheap-feel of it.

that being said i still prefer it to the 360 one but come to think of it, thats probably just because i'm stubborn and set in my ways

the great thing about the 360 controller is the plug for the mic input!

I wouldn't say easier i-net, but it's free and decent. And honestly, I think PS3 exclusives are way better than X-Box ones. But that's just what you prefer. Just take a look around on the internet and look up some games. It will make the choice way easier.

I've got a 360 and a PS3 and to be honest I much prefer the 360 but that's probably more to do with the fact that I despise the PS3 controller. My PS3 collection is almost all exclusive releases apart from Final Fantasy XIII cos the Bluray meant no disc swapping and it's supposedly the best version. For pretty much every other multi format game I've bought them for my 360 as that's typically the lead platform this generation and often seems to have the slight edge in many cases. That said the PS3's a great machine as long as you have tiny girl hands to make the controller usable.

i also have both and i'm the exact opposite

it just comes down to personal preference really. the ps3 controller isn't the best and xbox live beats psn, but i don't need all the extra features of xbox live to justify paying for it. i just want to go online and play a game, no extras needed.

Same feeling here about The Walking Dead, it was an ok episode, but that church scene was brutal, talk about cliche, very unlike AMC shows. The episode was pretty much just them running from zombies. I am still giving it a chance too, but it def has to pick up.

Anyone else having trouble with Boardwalk Empire? I feel like I should love the show, but its just not doing it for me. Season one was way to slow and drawn out, and figured it would change this season, but it seems like more of the same. I do think maybe Steve Buschemi wasn't the best fit for the role, and the other characters are the real stars over the show over him. Any thoughts? or help showing me the light lol

ever since the really lame and cheesy season finale of walking dead(the whole CDC thing was embarrassing and hard to watch) i dropped expectations, the church part sucked but it was an alright episode

as for boardwalk empire, i love it, but i'm used to slow pacing shows(like mad men or the wire). i dont think they will change the pacing at this stage though. the characters are great but i think the guy with half a face is the best character by far!

i dont see the big fuss about drive. it was good but not great. i found the pacing a bit too slow at times, although i see what they were trying to do. also for a movie named "drive" about a getaway driver, it lacked an epic car chase

the special effects were excellent though

thoughts on Dexter premiere?

first episode i thought was kinda boring i guess. second episode picked up and i think it can be a good season. if it's not i don't think i'll care for a seventh season.

breaking bad's season finale was pretty great. almost had the feeling of a worthy series finale. there will be another season though,

i lost interest in dexter after season 4. i just never found it exciting, and his sister annoyed the hell out of me

as for breaking bad, i thought it was excellent, brilliant season! i felt they could have ended the whole show on this episode(maybe with a few more scenes to tie everything up). wonder how they can squeeze another season out of it now

started watching Dexter. i'm just on season 4 now. can't see what the fuss is about this show. season 3 was terrible!(especially that cuban guy who becomes his best friend)

i find his sister the MOST annoying. every season we have to watch some of her bullshit romances and she's not hot at all! she looks like a little boy. dexter as a character is good but the whole show is only alright. i watch it but i'm never excited to see the next episode. am i missing something?

I saw them twice on the cd your and had a blast. I loved the album.

And Axl owns the name so he can do whatever he wants with it. I don't have the time or interest to spend time being angry about the name of a band. Or the "legacy" of a band name. I couldn't care less about that stuff. Slash's debacle with Fergie...that is embarrassing imo. But at the end of the day....it is Slash's career and he can do whatever he wants with it. so i got the PSN plus welcome back thing. downloaded burnout paradise for free but in the description it says that the game is playable until your subscription runs out. but sony said you get to keep all games after your trial is up.

so will i get to keep the game? because i have no intention of buying PSN plus. the PSN store is the most awkward store i've ever seen. rule number 1 of online shopping is to make it as simple as possible for people to find/see things. PSN store is the opposite

ok ok, Microsoft overall sucked this year. Yeah, Halo 4 was unexpected and huge but the rest blew. Too much Kinect shoved down our throats but it was expected seeing that the Kinect has such an awful library right now.

But really, the 360 has been very consistent throughout its life, don't bash it overall because this will be a slow year. Although I do wish Mass Effect remained an exclusive series the 360, overall has been great. Still glad I have my 360 and that I bought it over a PS3 or Wii, and will certainly be looking forward to its successor (and the PS4 for that matter).

why would you want it to remain an exclusive? you'll be able to play it anyway, why would it annoy you to share it with others? market competition is good for consumers, remember that

watched 44 inch chest last night.

never seen a more pointless movie. very little happens. i can see what they were trying to do but it was poorly executed. they have a skeleton of a movie, a basic concept but they seemed to have decided that was enough to make a movie.

I finally got Metal Gear Solid 4 for my 21st almost a month ago. It's the greatest videogame I've played.

I'm looking forward to the release of L.A Noire.

it is the best game i have ever ever played. it has everything! great story, production, graphics, boss battles, weapons, gameplay, nostalgia and it's long! to name a few

one thing i didn't like about that game is that it broke gaming for me, it raised my standards and most games fall below them now
