I'm not sure as to what you were trying to say about the whole 'Slash-Guitar Hero' thing though? Are you saying there was a problem with the game representing Slash playing 'Jungle' in it or something? Sorry if I'm just reading into it wrong but I just wasn't quite sure as to what you were getting at.

The problem with Guitar Hero III and slash being a big part of the game was that they put Welcome to the Jungle (using the name Guns 'N Roses) in the game I'm guessing without Axl's approval. So it makes it look as though Slash is in Guns 'N Roses and you can play as him and play Welcome to the Jungle.

So this confirms the inspiration behind Sorry. I don't see why or what Axl would have to gain by lying about any of this. Not like he tried to cash in with a book deal like someone else we know... I have nothing but respect for Axl Rose, and cannot imagine there being a Guns 'N Roses without him in it. I also agree and like the idea that whoever thought up the name should be the one who owns it... kind of like a man law.

Hey Axl, I have to say a lot of fans don't understand business 101. We don't know everything that happened with the split up, and I don't ever expect to. I've always thought of you as Guns 'n Roses. I'm thinking you owning the name is for two reasons... a very smart business move, and also as a way to keep the band name alive....?

I'm in the UK and have tried all morning to get GnR tickets for their Hammersmith Apollo gig on 7 June, but as usual the f**king ticket touts have bought all the tickets. Now they are all appearing on Ebay for 3 or 4 times their face value. These f**kers aren't fans, they just see an opportunity to make money out of GnR lovers.

So.... I want to ask for some help in 'pissing on their parade'.

I've created a fake Ebay ID and started bidding on all the tickets, but alone I won't do much damage. I need the help of some other like minded GnR fans who think it's wrong that people like this make real fans pay stupid prices or miss out. PLEASE HELP!!

Wish you all would shut the fuck up about being in shape. Look at Ozzy for christ's sake, he's always been overweight and has always been one of the best live performers there are. I read the RS interview where those three songs are highlighted "by Axl" as his favorite songs.

I think that'd be very strange of Axl to give a journalist his three favorites on the new album.

Sorry, but NIN does not need any attention/promotion. They haven't been in hiding for 10 years. GnR needs the attention/promotion. They're doing this either for humor or........ who knows? Not for attention, that's for sure.
