  1. Amazing track.

Just shows how Axl is pushing the boundaries with sound and tempo.

Can't wait for the full version.

And that is something I can agree with you on. I'm going to be to happy to retire the classic albums with some fresh GnR.

  2. Just watching the News and Wilson's Leather, known for their leather coats and jackets, they are progressing their line to rock. There is GnR' jackets for Females and Males. With the logo on the back, with a worn look. And a GnR purse. Other bands include Def Lep and Led Zep

They will be available for purchase in November. Not sure if it's on their site yet. Jacket is priced at $175

  3. Ok so I got free tickets to see her at my school. Was a very intimate setting. Probably 300 people or less. Just got back. She rocks the piano. It was cool though. She did the show in a story telling format. Some excerpts:

"This song is for anyone that is in a relationship that isn't approved...by your mother or the government." that got a few laughs

"When they played this song on MTV and VH1 it got edited because it deals with sex. [song is called "White Houses" but it really isn't that suggestive when you hear it compared to Candy Shop by 50 cent for example]...I think it's hypocritical when all MTV shows is ass. This song is not completey about sex, just mostly."

    got some more laughs there

great show. I'm now a fan of Vanessa Carlton. rock3 screw GNR

  4. I took a class called "History of Rock N' Roll" and it covers most of what you are writing. Elvis copied Chuck Berry. If you want an analogy you could say the rock back then was like rap. And it eventually grew mainstream and the white people started to do it and became quite famous. (Vanalli Ice, M&M (HAHA))

  5. I'm not sure what your asking. But I believed they toured together because at the time they were both the biggest bands in rock/metal. Which was mainstream at that moment. And a lot of that conflict between the bands happened during or after the tour. Basically you got the biggest ego's going against each other, but I've heard the tour rocked.

As an extra special treat, it includes an iTunes Music Store coupon you can use to get $50 off your purchase of “The Complete U2.” As unique as the iPod itself, this digital boxed set brings together an amazing 400 U2 tracks. Songs span the band’s celebrated career. From “Boy” to “War” to “The Joshua Tree” to “Zooropa” to the soon-to-be-released “How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb,” it includes every U2 album and brings us over 25 rare and unreleased tracks. Look for it on the iTunes Music Store at the end of November.

I'm not attempting to advertise for U2 or Apple, but I thought this was interesting and something you U2 fans might enjoy. (where is the GnR ipod)??

  7. I went to the Minneapolis Show, first time I've seen GnR. I felt like a teenage girl seeing NSYNC. My voice was shot by the end of the night. Sang everyword to every song. Greatest concert I've been to. I still remember in Welcome to the Jungle when the green lasers rose from the stage. And Live and Let Die with the flames going off and Axl holding his voice for an ungodly amount of time nearly brought tears to my eyes. It was also my first time in an Arena concert.

  8. The Darkness Rock, unless you can name a new rock band that is better that got stater after 2000...

Most of these people here don't like them because they make fun of the whole image and song writing of 80's rock band, thus GnR fans find this music offense because it is not serious in their tastes
