I would have previously said Soup, but at this moment in time I slightly prefer the self-titled. Earlier this month the band released a 20th anniversary edition of the album, which includes tracks from the Sippin' Time Sessions.

Self Titled for me, crackin' album, love it I remember when Shannon Hoon died too, didn't see that one comin'.

I've just come back from seeing it. I thought it was excellent.

You have to see it, if only for the footage of Kurt and Eddie slow dancing at the 92 VMA's.

It's really lovely. A total valentine from Crowe to the band and their fans, but that was to be expected as they have a long standing friendship and Cameron Crowe is well...Cameron Crowe. The footage of the (diabolically wasted) band at the MTV Singles launch party is gold. Every so often, Ed talks some unbelievably pompous shit and stares meaningfully off into the distance, and I can't figure out why I don't want to smack him as would be my first reaction with anyone else.
