Hey bro, as you may know the concert here in Costa Rica was cancelled and the band was here, the stage collapse, because of that i went to the hotel and met the band (minus Axl ), i asked Ron to play us a private concert, wich he did. I have some videos of that day, it was amazing, would you like some of that footage for your documentary? let me know, cheers for this project

And what about the song credits? on the official booklet Robin only appears as he only wrote Better, but on these one appears in one that more song

Don't know why people started this rumor. I asked DJ and Ron in Costa Rica and there's not album on the way, DJ told me that he's alway writing and that the idea is to work on an album, and Ron said that he have no idea of an album...so, please stop it.

After the show didn't happen in Costa Rica on the 9th, I took GNR fans

in the hotel with me to a remote spot outside and gave them a good

2-hour-ish personal acoustic show, with their wonderful help on vocals,

acoustic bass, and a guitar for me to use. Had to make music that

night, I wish it could have been as it should ha...ve been, but at least

tried to bring smiles to the group that was there, as they did for me

Ok he is my story i'm onw of the guys in the picture. I was really depressed that the concert was cancelled, i live like 2 kms from the Marriot Hotel, i decided to go there to see if at least i could meet the band, and at 3:00 pm i went to the hotel. I was there from 3:00 to 10:00 pm, i met everyone but Axl , the band was really sad that the concert got cancelled, i asked DJ if they were working on a new album and he said that he is always writing and that indeed they are working on it, that was cool to hear. Then later at night i met Ron, there were very few fans, life 5 or 6 fans, he said that he was very sorry what happened to the concert, then i asked him to play an acoustic show for us, he went to eat something, i was at the same restaurant with the whole band, i also met Jarmo and i must say that he is a really cool guy, not what people thinks of him. Then Ron came to my table and said that he was going to get his guitar.

When we were going up the stairs to the lobby and told him that i wanted to go to El Salvador show and he gave me a free ticket and a backstage pass, how amazing is that? out of this world, well i couldn't make it to El Salvador, sad.

Ok then we took some pics with Ron and we werer looking for a spot to play the acoustic show. He took us to his hotel room, that was unbelievable, i was the one that told him what songs to play, kinda like he gave me the leadership because it was my idea to do the acoustic show.

Then we went at the parking lot and more people came, the ones that are in the picture, and kept playing till 9:00.

Thank you Ron, you are the greatest person alive, an example, you are humble, down to earth so talented. I love you my friend.

I just met the whole band minus Axl, and Ron gave us a 1 hour concert in his hotel room, he is the most amazing person alive, he also game a free ticket and backstage pass to the El Salvador concert.

Its very sad what happened here in Costa Rica.

That's a shame if it is canceled.

Sor4ry for the caps but the admin locked my other thread. There is promotion all over Costa Rica, it's true, the concert is happening, the site www.todoticker.com is not the only one selling the tickets, stores too, there is a video promotion for the concert and is happening April 9, not April 4. Axl said otherwise, but everything is on track now. So please do some research before locking this thread:

These tours that get announced and tickets being sold without the band`s knowledge or authorization....do these things only happen in the world of Guns or is that a common thing?

As far as I understand it has to do with the rumours turning into the news. Tickets to these shows haven't yet been put on sale. (Or have they?)

At the same time the value of people's stupidity and gullibility cannot be overestimated. While one man may have an idea, another one may easily realize it. And though I understand that the things I'm gonna say will in no way improve the image of my country, but if you want to know whether there have ever been precedents of such swindle - it's not unprecedented.

So are the shows not happening at all? damn i'm living in Costa Rica right now. Last friday i talked to 28 Producciones here in Costa and the said to me that the show is happening on April 7th and that the ticktes will be sold on March 2.

Maybe someone started to sell fake tickets and that's what Axl addressed.

According to the site Oidos Sucios, (published last night) in Venezuela the tickets will start selling by the end of the month..

The Solid Show company will start the promotion of the show in February.

So i guess we just need a little patience!!

The funny thing is that i'll move to Costa Rica on next monday, so that means i'll need to travel to Venezuela to go to the concert hahaha, live acts in strange way, just when GNR is coming to my country i have to move to another one lol.

i don't know what happened with the Venezuela concert, the promoters said it is on march 28th, but they haven't started to sell the tickets ;(. i think something is wrong
