Don't worry, you'll catch up to what Axl's doing in a few years. Axl's retooled Guns N' Roses to be more in the spirit of Led Zeppelin and Queen than Aerosmith and AC/DC.

No they bought the rights to exclusively sell CD, or apparently they did. This will be used to promote their store, not a doubt in hell about that. However that in no way means they can dictate to Axl when he should release his own album.

yes its good business for the store, to release the first guns n roses album in nearly 2 decades. Of Course its good business. I dunno what you do but in business deals you come up with a product and sell it to a business or retailer, and they sell it for you. They do not tell you when its going to be released. Thats your job. At best the store might get to negotiate, but its always the band that has the final say. In this case Axl Rose. C'mon man.

I love the band and want the album out as much as the next person on here. I also wish we had some updates. But Its all down to Mr Rose, and all that will only happen whenever he feels its ready, not what Azoff, Gould, or anyone else thinks or wants to do.

I think maybe Axl and co have bigger fish to fry, i.e getting the album out. I think RB2 and Body of lies is a management move to tie everything over and just build up a bit of excitement. My view of it is that Axl does not really care too much about those 2 songs being released as ( hopefully) hes putting all his energy into finally releasing it, and it seems the right time to do so as Azoff and Gould seem to be creating a bit of hype again around CD.

You have to be realisitic Randy, Axl can indeed derail the train still at anytime because hes the train driver . However things seem to be going in the right direction so hopefully he drives carefully lol.

I feel we are defo closer to seeing the album released sometime soon, finally. I am not expecting anything though and would just like the surprise of finding the album in my hands when it finally does get released.

If Axl is working hard to get the album released and letting the managers do some promotion work, with no offical announcement to the fans then so be it.

The solos in death magnetic are great. The actual songs/ singing i couldn't care less about, they are boring and bland and theres not much structure. At least the album is better than St Anger ( couldn't be hard to do that though).
