I'm probably one of the very very few gunners that are going to listen to the album and evaluate "the album", not the diferences from demos and the not leaked songs...seriously..

I'm starting to think that the songs that have been played live and that we already knew aren't gonna be on CD! I know it seems kinda estrange but think about it, the band isn't stupid, they know we already heard the songs, I expect surprises in C. Democracy.

By tha way...if you are afraid of not be surprised with the CD you should think about it when you started download it in the first place....I personaly prefered to wait, I only heard madagascar, and the blues and a litle bit of Chinese Democracy...all accidents!! LOL!

I think people expected two things when Axl returned, none of which have happened:

1. Chinese D to be released before the tour

2. Axl to talk in concert about when the album is coming out

It's still this wall of silence when it comes to news on the album, and with the setlist being the same each night, it's very boring indeed to just follow the tour and see the same reviews every night. At this point, GNR fans really just want the album, that's it. They don't want to see Bumblefoot play Don't Cry, or look at this new band pretending to be GNR anymore. They just want Axl's studio work, that's it.

I kinda like Thal's don't cry solo...too bad you think that the guitar playin' and crowd singing over it isn't a good picture!

And people don't just want the album....people are attending the shows...so probably they want more than the CD! And it was were himself who said that "these players" weren't anyone substitutes, nobody is actually thinking that these guys are the old band!

The topic starter post makes sense....too bad I don't live in the US! lol

If Axl's is so out of control like the closed mind people say he is, why didn't he missed a concert or two this year...the 90's Axl missed concerts, left stages....this Axl hasn't done none of that....

The album could be the greatest work of art ever in this world, yet it would be consider a disaster and complete failure because people like you that had your minds closed up and can't absorv any new information about Guns N' Roses....you're just hitting on Axl because he's such an easy target, and it's so fuckin' sad see people like Kaneda (who unfortunatly has more attention than he's closed mind could get) post shit only to see his fellow close mind people saying : "Yeah good one man"!

It's not always like that...for instance here in Portugal the Rock In Rio Organization used images of Axl of the 2002 tour to anounce the return of guns.

It were showed video footage of Axl after or before one of the gigs in NYC!!

Let's face it! What was Slash's best characteristic...you can't say it was his tecnical habilitie cause it wasn't...slash ain't no Vai, Satch, Malmsteen, etc...we all loved Slash due to the presence that he had on stage, we all loved slash due to his creative work and his melodic solos, it seemed like Slash was in a world of his own..tared apart from everything, a strange world that seemed to existe behind his hair....

Now you can't say that finck is not a good player...he has such a great job done in nine inch nails...and his solos, just likes slash's, seem to prefer the melody and sound harmony over the tacnical impression....i mean ron is capale of blowing us as a player..but he hasn't yat the charisma he needs to be a Gn'R type ogf guitarrist....

Robin's attitude is just amazing while playing the guitar, he is talented and fuckin' crazy (for instance: climbing the security cages like a mad man in RIR Lisbon).

I just find amazing the presence that robin has on stage, he seems to feel every single note, great body expression, for me he's a really really really superb guitarrist......i won't say is like slash because...come on....Slash is a guitar god! Robin is just the "ribbed condom of guitarrists" ( by Axl LOOL)
