  1. Just so there is no confusion, Dexter is Axl Rose.

If this is true. I have one question for you Axl. What is stopping the fans from seeing you Slash, Duff, and Izzy back on stage together?

U've been lied to and misled for such a long time that sorting through all that here is virtually impossible. A lot will come out over time but the truth has been out there for a long time as well but that doesn't give you what you want so this dance just goes on and on.

    great answer :fuckyou:

what does he mean with it?

What does he mean? Can you read? Everyone knows that there are no "reunion"-plans, but some people won't stop talking about "reunion" because they don't want to face reality. They are the little Mulders of the GN'R universe, they want to believe. But no, there are no aliens, and no, there is not gonna be a "reunion".

I'm sure, though, that there will still be many people saying "he only said that to surprise us because REUNION STARTS SOON" ... keep lying to yourselves ...

i'm ready to bet that there will be a reunion before 2012 :)

when are the online shop opening?

    axl answered the following:

I haven't been involved much in any of our merch and the reasons are it's been a mess legally for years. Unbeknownst to most of you I was recently sued again by Duff and Slash for some murky Merckiness that I was unaware and not involved in. Fortunately that was resolved but it got ugly and took a while going into arbitration.

Merck shifted our merch from some of our newer styles to incorporating more of the old with some scam that actually and surprisingly lost sales in comparison but that's old news.

What I look forward to is incorporating the new artwork into our merch and getting some for myself. I think u'll like a lot of it. My vote's for the How Are You grenade and the Sorry automatic rifle artwork on shirts etc.

SEBASTIAN BACH's Son's Band THE INFINITE STAIRCASE To Open For BLACK LABEL SOCIETY - Dec. 11, 2008

THE INFINITE STAIRCASE, the Staten Island, New York-based rock/metal band featuring Sebastian Bach's son Paris Bierk on drums, has been added to the "The Black Label Bash" tour featuring headliners BLACK LABEL SOCIETY alongside SEVENDUST and DOPE. The trek will kick off on March 22 in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Brothers Lenny and Jeff Cerzosie formed the basis for what would ultimately become THE INFINITE STAIRCASE around 2001-2002. Now joined by fellow musicians Paris Bierk (SEVERED HAND) on drums and Jared Hreha on bass, the band is working harder than ever to bring its dreams to reality and its music to the masses.

In the past few years alone, the group has independently managed to get featured on Fuse TV, perform on former "Saturday Night Live" comedian Jim Breuer's Sirius Satellite Radio show, get featured in the March 2008 issue of Metal Edge magazine (with a song being used on that issue's CD sampler) as well as open for the likes of CANDLEBOX, Jonathan Davis of KORN, HELLYEAH, SEVENDUST, ALTER BRIDGE, OTEP, BLOODSIMPLE, W.A.S.P., L.A. GUNS, WHITE LION, LILLIAN AXE, Eddie Ojeda of TWISTED SISTER, and many more.

THE INFINITE STAIRCASE plans to release its debut album, tentatively titled "The Road Less Taken", in early 2009 and has already landed guest appearances by former POISON band member and guitar virtuoso Blues Saraceno as well as the legendary guitarist Earl Slick (currently of the DAVID BOWIE band and SLINKY VAGABOND).

OZZY OSBOURNE, SLASH Perform With CAMP FREDDY At Galpin Auto Sports Grand Opening - Oct. 21, 2008

Ozzy Osbourne, Slash, Macy Gray, Steve Jones, CYPRESS HILL, Mark McGrath and Steve Stevens are among the guest musicians who performed with CAMP FREDDY at the official grand opening of the vehicle customization facility Galpin Auto Sports this past Saturday night (October 18) in Van Nuys, California. CAMP FREDDY guitarist Billy Morrison writes in an online posting, "It's strange to me how one minute I am standing on one of the loudest stages I have ever experienced, playing 'Paranoid' with [Dave] Navarro [CAMP FREDDY guitarist], Slash and Steve Jones (all four of us playing that infamous riff), watching Ozzy play with the audience and sing the shit out of a song that he must have sung a million times.....and then it's all finished. Over. I am back at home, sipping coffee and watching fucking squirrels and birds do their morning thing!

Morrison continued, "[This past Saturday night's] show was just incredible — culminating with Ozzy doing four songs with us ('Iron Man', 'I Don't Know', 'Crazy Train', and the huge guitar-fest that I described above on 'Paranoid') as well as CYPRESS HILL and Slash doing 'Rock Superstar' and 'Paradise City', Mark McGrath and Steve Stevens rockin' 'Rebel Yell', Billy Duffy ripping on 'Wild Flower', Macy Gray storming through '7 Nation Army' .... just too many great moments in one show!"

Check out photos from the concert from Wire Image.

Fan-filmed video footage of the performance can be viewed below.

    Gary Graff, Detroit

After spending most of 2008 dealing with health issues, the members of Aerosmith plan to get back together in 2009 -- to, among other things, complete an album that group has already started recording.

"We're sitting on a bunch of music we've already recorded for a new album," guitarist Brad Whitford, who's currently on the road as part of the all-star Experience Hendrix tour, tells Billboard.com. "We haven't gone back into the studio the put the final touches on it and get it done and still don't know when we're gonna do that. Hopefully it'll be sooner rather than later."

The album will be Aerosmith's first of all-original material since 2001's "Just Push Play;" 2004's "Honkin' on Bobo" was comprised primarily of cover versions.

Most of Aerosmith's headlines this year were away from the recording studio and concert stage. Guitarist Joe Perry had knee reconstruction surgery in March.

Frontman Steven Tyler, meanwhile, spent time in a California rehabilitation clinic during the spring to recover from his own leg injuries in a drug-controlled environment; he did re-emerge on July 18 to sing "Walk This Way" with Billy Joel and his band at New York's Shea Stadium.

"You'd think it was a football team or something," Whitford says with a laugh. But he adds that the health issues should not raise concerns about Aerosmith's mortality.

"You have more than average concerns about it, I guess," Whitford says, "but you can't do anything about it. Like a lot of other things in life, you don't get to call the shots on these things, do you? We're just ... getting older."

Whitford says there's a silver lining to all of this, however. "It's been kind of nice just to be able to have some time and spend time with the family," he says. "I don't think we've ever had this much time off. It's a real difference. I'm not really used to it."

Whitford will be on the road with Experience Hendrix until Sunday (Oct. 26); the tour runs through Nov. 7.
