So I haven't been on this sub forum since the last leaks.... I see there's a new rumoured release date? And I'm also gussing, that even though its 'confirmed by sources', it has not been officially announced?

But in the 3 Years+ i've been here.... I've seen quite a few of these threads.

This time it's different. We already have one cover, we know that there are 3 versions of it, there will be also vinyl release.Best Buy, which have exclusive deal witch universal to release it in USA have it already on their website (with release date November 25). This is really it. I know, it's hard to believe after that years, but this time, there is only one thing missing - official announcment from GNR. It will be there in few days, likely tomorrow.

Until I see an official announcement from GN'R... I really can't believe it

The awards, which will be held inside the Auditorio Telmex, will air live at 9 p.m. ET, only on MTV Tr3´s. According to MTV News, METALLICA will be performing the first single from "Death Magnetic", "The Day That Never Comes". Others set to appear at this year's "Premios" include TOKIO HOTEL, PARAMORE, KISS' Gene Simmons, THE KOOKS, BELANOVA, JULIETA VENEGAS, and BABASÓNICOS.

Its funny, after all of this, If all we get is 1 album, I might actually be a bit dissapointed. By one album I don't mean 1 album every 2 years, I mean exactly that, just 1 solitary album. Its probably my own fault that I have got all wrapped up in this idea of multiple albums but I'm almost expecting that now.

Given the history of this process though, we should probably be grateful for anything.........

Went to the local Best Buy today here in North Carolina. Asked them to check in their RSS, and there it was 6 different listings for CD.

They employee didn't know anything about it, but CD was in their system. Showed a 11/25 release date. When I asked him about why 6 listings, he said. Probably some had bonus material, like additional songs, or DVD.

According to MTV3.fi, METALLICA will play two shows in Helsinki, Finland on June 14 and June 15, 2009. No further details are currently available.

If people remember GnR employed a documentary filmer for the 06 tour, this guy filmed people outside venues on every show as well as filming the band on stage and back stage.Me and a friend were interviewed and got chatting the guy and the footage was being shot for a documentary but it was not a making of CD doc it was to accompany a release, this is what i and im sure others were told by the guy filming.

Take it as you will but it lends credence to at least one of these versions having a bonus DVD

SCOTT WEILAND Adds More Solo Dates - Oct. 3, 2008

According to The Pulse of Radio, STONE TEMPLE PILOTS frontman Scott Weiland has continued adding solo gigs to his late fall and winter schedule. The latest round of shows begins on January 16 in Dallas, wrapping up on February 7 in Las Vegas. These are in addition to the previously announced dates that start on November 11 in Kansas City, Missouri and run through early December. Weiland will be out in support of his second solo album, called "Happy in Galoshes", which is due out on November 25 through his own Softdrive Records.

Two tracks from the record, "Missing In Cleveland" and "Paralysis", are both streaming at Weiland's MySpace page.

STONE TEMPLE PILOTS will head to Brazil, Argentina and Mexico later this month, before playing one more week's worth of shows on the massive North American trek the band began last spring. The tour finally wraps on Halloween (October 31) in Birmingham, Alabama.

"Happy in Galoshes" follows up Weiland's 1998 solo debut, "12 Bar Blues". The CD features guest appearances by Adrian Young, Tony Kanal and Tom Dumont of NO DOUBT.
