I don't know which video of the beginning of a 2002 show I recently watched, but I thought it was pathetic when Axl walked down some stairs while Jungle was played and then just tried to do this thing with his feet and do a pathetic dance. Didn't look like a rockstar at all (I'm not even talking about the pathetic jersey outfit). No jumping around, no snake dance, for a song like WTTJ and the beginning(!) of a show this was just lame, slow and half assed (?).

Since we know that he still got the braids, I just hope he dresses differently and has more power and energy and works on his moves...

It all depents on the succes of a new album and single. Some of the sales figures from the 2002 tour:

Wow! Great post here, 50 per cent plus empty arenas - and look at my original post to see current sales figures of 'live era' and 'greatest hits'. It's going to be interesting to see what happens come tour time in the US/Canada especially.

Looks like people in the US are/were not as interested in them as in europe (especially Norway, Finland, Sweden). NYC will always be a sellout show for them, let's see what they can do in the rest of the US once they kick off a tour there.

I think without the album released only european shows will sell well

Dipshits, I will be there, tix will be on sale on Ebay or at the box office. Money isn't an issue when it comes to GNR...I paid $500 a tix to see them 2nd row at MSG back in 2002, worth every penny.

Gigs in america are so pathetic with all seating. That's just boring for a rock concert...

Can't read that french crap, but usually when you have a 17.000 seat capacity you can't use them all when hosting a concert since nobody wants to sit behind the stage... I don't know, maybe 20-25% of the seats can't be used. Please correct me if I'm wrong here...

Rock am Ring is not on June 6th, it's from June 2nd to 4th and Guns will play the night from friday to saturday after 12am (so actually they will play on June 3rd)

The only reason these 'bandmates' have joined him, is so that they can get recognised for something, rather than there shitty music attempts in the past, and then when the time is right... they will break away and do something on there own with the recognition they stole from GNR....

Brian May's geetar is awesome on this. The melodies, the synth breakdown. great. But that's a matter of taste and opinion.

I don't like that fast finger picking or whatever bucketcrap plays. Who even cares who is up there with Axl. Axl is the only one in Guns who matters to me in the current lineup. As long as they know how to play the songs it's fine with me. The only other guys who would be worth talking about are Slash, Duff and Izzy, but that's not gonna happen.

If "better" is not on the album, we will still get a bunch of nice songs with Alxls voice, that's what counts
