Film is pretty old but I watched it on youtube today. Enjoyed the film a lot and its a whole lot better than Body of Lies. Make more movies like this Ridley Scott.

A balance of both is the best thing possible. Being just a good singer means you can't write lyrics for shit, but being a good lyricist means you can't sing for shit. So both are a absolute must for a singer in a band.
