This year there is no rasp from Axl. I don't think he sounds that good. Seems like the faster pace is throwing him off as well.

Metallica are a bunch of douche bags, especially after the Napster era. After the black album I lost interest in them.

Hetfield/Axl dislike each other (egos egos egos) and Lars love Axl.

Give Metallica credit, their shows are selling well for the upcoming tour in the states, but they have a bunch of trendy modern bands opening up for them which helps a lot.

Logged in to presale and it only shows PIT 2 as an available option for best available. Does that mean PIT1 is sold out.

I was at the show up front and the band killed it.

Axl sounded awesome and seems happy.

Slash sounds amazing

I been to three shows over the past 5 years and the videos sound like crap. Whole different experience being there and Axl sounds great live.

Axl and Slash sounded awesome.

I'm glad I got to go to the Saturday show.

GN'R needs a more modern sound that fits in these days.

Rock music is much harder now than it was in the 90s and all the of the fans of rock music love the hard shit. These wimpy GN'R songs on CD isn't going to win anyone over.

Better was probably the only track on CD that could've made it. Chinese Democracy could've been something good but the lyrics were horrid, right when he gets to "chinese stew" it kind of ruined it.

Everyone knows who Axl is and all it takes is a killer single to have the light back on them. That's the obstacle and is that what they all want?

Gn'R is dead for a long time now...since 1993-94 basically...

The US hasn't given a shit about Gn'R and CD certainly didn't change that. That being said Axl's band is still very big in other regions and countries all over the world, and (as a nostalgia act band it is) it's never gonna change - classic rock masterpieces never get old no matter what. Axl should tour more often the countries that still value him and his band the most instead of beating a dead horse like the U.S.

Myles is a fucking annoying- I think his voice is irritating. I like maybe one song from Alter Bridge.

Lyrics are horrid

I had friends that thought Chinese Democracy was killer when it hit the radio until Axl says "chinese stew" that part just ruined it for everyone and the lyrics kept going downhill.

I had high hopes for Madagascar until I heard the finished version and he ruined it with the grandpa voice and layered vocals.

By Axl Rose not showing up and letting Steven Adler,Slash & Duff show up to accept the award for GNR he admits defeat that Slash,Duff & Steven ARE GNR. Thats what I think, Axl should have gone to just take control of the situation at least.

The reality is, when who shows up at the HOF to collect an award for Guns N'Roses, there will be more Guns N'Roses there than there are on the current 2012 tour

The reality is, one man, Axl Rose, isn't by himself Guns N'Roses. It takes 5 to be Guns N'Roses. There's nothing Rose can do about that.

Axl's new band is a band that makes a living off past success. They know that too. It's a great promotional platform for all involved.

How many times do we all have to keep going in circles about the reunion and who is the real Guns N' Roses?

Axl and Slash gave Guns N' Roses their signature sound, but guitar players are a lot easier to replace than a vocalist. Also everyone claims AFD this and AFD that, but GN'R didn't really blow the fuck up until UYI. AFD hit at the right time and so did UYI. CD is also a pretty damn good album and Better is probably one of there top 10 songs of all time. GN'R has a lot of great music from the AFD days to CD and hopefully we get some more.
