Pete Doherty is a piece of shite only known for his drug taking and shagging a supermodel. It actually sickens me to hear of him being referred to in the press as a rock star..real stars are people like Axl, Steve Tyler, Mike Stipe, Bono, Anthony Keidis and the late great Jim Morrisson..you know, people who could actually write and perform whether wasted or not. Give the rich boy a shower and send him back home to mummy to clean up his act!

Maybe his music is great, but lately his private life indeed has become bigger than his music. Worldwide, most people only know him for being the junkie boyfriend of Kate. Most people have no clue how his music is like. If he cleans up a little he has a bigger change of getting famous worldwide in what he is good at (music), instead of being the junkie (ex) boyfriend of Kate.

I really don't know! The whole grunge-thing, kind of passed me by.

I love certain songs, but I often don't know which song belongs to which artist.

But I do love Nirvana and a lot of Pearl Jam songs.

don't start me on bowie, i was saving my virginity for him when i was 12 very fond memories, but i must say i have progressed.. have kids now lol

Yeah the voice, it is kind of you know ....weird/hot/ difficult to explain.

But I have to admit I only like his early work. It is strange and beautifull at the same time!

The Beatles, The Beatles, The Beatles, The fucking Beatles. No matter how much you love The Stones, The Beatles will always be the better band, especially if you only compare them by pre-1970 releases. And that isn't even a subjective statement, it is pretty much a fact. There have been times where I preferred The Rolling Stones, but no matter how much I appreciated them, they never came close to The Beatles.

And that is all there is to it! And I too love the Stones, but......whitout Beatles no Stones. They were the founders of everything.

All the music that I like is not shared by my friends. They all like the music played in clubs and so....

My love for GNR is often ridicult of, they all have no taste what so ever, so I do not really care.

Since I was a teenager at that time, I loved different kind of music, but I was a little strange (New-wave) and I did like to dress funny and all in black.

So I liked: The Cure, INXS (before Kick), Japan, Simple Minds those bands. But also had a big love for the Beatles too.
