Said it all right there, it's all become a money-grabbing joke on so many levels now... I just want new music and i'm kinda pleased that these leaks have happened to cut through all the bullshit.... Shame it is such a comedic and insufferable mess on so many levels... I wont be attending any more concerts until they release something and mix up their now boring and predictable setlist.

FYI in the soundcloud clip they're talking about Zutaut having arranged the sale himself through a 'reputable' storage locker trader... If you really want to know what's what with all of this, including Fernando getting involved then find it and take a listen...

I just listened to it (minus my geetar as i'm at work) but i'd say it's:

Verse: Cadd9 / Em / Am(moving to C) / Am / G / D (moving to Dsus4)

Arpeggiated pre-chorus bit: Em / Dsus4 / Cadd9(with a g on the high string)

Chorus: G / D / Em / C

End the Chorus on a big fat G chord and repeat lol

There's a few little changes and a couple of the C's have the bass note hitting the B and running down i think... but that sounds like it from my ears.... no doubt tuning down half a step to Eb

I love the thought of new music from the gunners, but the thought of Slash going in to play on stuff Axl already has sounds rather lame to me... don't get me wrong, I'm sure it will be great, but it doesn't sound much like the way many great albums have been made... 

I mean, really, in the grand scope of rock epicness a real band puts their ideas together, writes their licks/songs/ditties and then jams on it with the band, irons it out, alters parts, and then gets the song ready to record... it should be a thing that's done together imo...

Like they did for appetite, for instance in the recordings of rocket queen where you can here the development of the outro/coda...

I know that it didn't happen so much like that for the uyi album, but it would make for something with coherence, direction and power.

If we find out that the lot of them are in a room laying it all out I'll be stoked. I'd love to hear 4tus in my left ear, slash in my right and frank/axl/duff melting the middle of it all, rather than a mess of overdubs...

I definitely think the solo has been added, some of those chops just sound a bit more mature than slash's playing was when they did appetite....

...but no complaining here if it'll pave the way for a fresh album.... once they've milked us with this beastly collection of goodies

The Metallica - Master of Puppets deluxe malarkey was pretty badass, if they did something like that then I'd be impressed...

Except, really I'm sad to say, it'll no doubt just be some excuse for another cash-grab tour.... we are just cows for the milking these days....

I just want a brand new album written and recorded fresh with the energy they have built.... that's how it's supposed to be if you ask an old rocker like me
