    I can't think of a better singer than Vince.

    Well, it's true! Besides, I don't get why people don't like Vince... :shrugs:

    No one is saying they don't like Vince. We're just saying that there are plenty of singers better than him. For example, Freddie Mercury.

    But Freddie can't even compare to Vince! Vince has this one-of-a-kind voice. Besides, he was way better looking too. :tongue2:

    I'm not judging a book by it's cover! Vince doesn't look all that great anymore, and I still think he's the best singer. Lots of people would agree with that. Secondly, if I was judging singers more on looks versus talents, I would've said Josh Todd was the best singer. And thirdly, I don't see how the "flesh is more important than one's soul" quote fits in. :shrugs:

    The screeching he does that sounds like a cat getting choked and dunked in and out of water to death does it for me. Demonstrated at the 6 minute and 30 second mark into this video.

    Vince is a great singer on album. Live...he can't hold up. I'm a Crue fan. TFFL and SATD were GREAT albums. TOP and GX3 and Feelgood were good too. But to say Vince is the greatest singer of all times is absurd.

    Well, everyone has bad days and maybe that just wasn't one of his better singing days. I mean, if you search Live Wire videos under you tube, you can find a lot of other ones live where Vince does a really great job singing. But again, it's all opinion...meaning, I'm not changing my viewpoint. :tongue2:

    I love Mötley, but Vince is FAR from one of the greatest singers ever. But he's perfect for his band, and that's what matters. But saying he's a better singer than Freddie may be the funniest thing I've ever heard. I didn't think that was a possible thought :question: Whatever, Freddie have this "one of a kind" thing.. He's the range of an opera singer, but could use it for rock, pop, opera, beautiful ballads and whatever he wanted to. Listen to The March Of The Black Queen and if you still means Vince is better I'm giving up.

    Okay, I listened to the song. =P Freddie is definitely talented and yes, he does have a nice voice. But Vince's voice is so much more interesting to listen to. I mean...his voice just sends shivers down the back of my spine...whereas Freddie's voice is nice, but it isn't something I'm gonna listen to all day. So yeah, I still like Vince better. But oh well, I guess we all have individual tastes, right? :shrugs:

    I didn't mean to continue a Vince vs. Freddie. Technically Vince shouldn't even be concidered as one of the greatest singers ever, even though he's a gool rocking guy. But each to their own of course. ;)

    Why shouldn't Vince be considered as one of the greatest singers? Motley Crue was one of the most popular bands in the 80s. They've lasted 27 years and Vince has been singing the whole time. I think he should get more credit than most people give him.
