One too many covers for me in the set at the moment. Witchita has to go, boring fucking song. Adds nothing to the show. Such a shame as this band has so many awesome songs to play yet they throw in silly amounts of covers. Beginning to annoy me.

And as I'm waiting for an oil change earlier...what comes on the store's stereo system...Witchita.

Just catched up with the show on Periscope.
Jesus some of you guys are negative just for the sake of being negative... The show was fine.

Guess what, Axl won't sound like he did in his heyday, that's just how it is. Get over it!

Exactly, all this bitching from Axl's voice to Frank's drumming is pointless and useless!

The fans have spoken by showing up to see the band. With an average attendance of  over 40,000 per night  the fans are quite content with Frank.  The fans on the board Is a different story.

According to the fans who pay them?  Have you seen how well they are doing in terms of selling tickets this tour? According to the fans who pay them, this tour with Frank on drums is perfectly fine.  I love Adler too man, but we can't mistake our own wants for some moral obligation GNR has to do "for the fans"

    THIS!

I agree 100% I'm not saying he's bad at all really even in this band I thought they were all awesome shows that I saw with Frank 2 with new gnr and one on this tour but with Steven being a part of the whole thing it makes how good of a drummer he is irrelevant in my eyes. Steven is the GN'R drummer for the "reunion" tour. Izzy doesn't want to so be it but obviously Steven does.

But it's still up to the band bottom line..obviously.

You've been a fan since '87 and you prefer Frank over Steven???

In nowhere in my post did I say that...Steven hasn't been a band member in years and if it wasn't Frank it would be another drummer in this spot... because obviously Steven is not a full time member anymore...my point is the Frank bashing is tired and old..bottom line!

Yeah I agree Frank should leave, anyone saying that they would hire someone other than Steven if Frank decided to leave is delusional. It would be either him or Matt and either would be fine.

Why should Frank leave when it's obvious Axl wants him there?..he's been with the band what...10 years now...and all the Frank bashers are still coming with this bullshit?

Deal with it cause you bashers obviously have no choice!

it was this video at 3:20 they felt, Axl's face shows that he isn't screaming anymore and yet the sound is still going...but that's called sustaining a note on a scream...which is highly difficult.

Its only a select few that feel this way. Still shocking though. Most appreciate Axl now.

That's reverb and echo..tell those select to get the fuck outta here with this bullshit!

This is by far the best Axl story I've ever read

"It was the day before the gear was supposed to leave... The crew had been there since 8 in the morning, setting up. They have to break it down and the gear has to leave, literally the next morning. ...We rehearsed the set, two and half hours... It's probably 3 in the morning, now. Axl calls from Malibu. He's coming. And he wants to see the whole set again. He wants to watch the show. Everybody's like, OK.

...We're on this big soundstage and [they bring] a little couch next to the soundboard, right in front of the sound guy... Well, an hour goes by. 'Is he REALLY coming?' The road crew, everybody's asleep by now, next to their gear. 'Yeah, he wants to come, but the problem is, he wants to see the WHOLE show, pyro and everything.

So, we're like, 'Wait. I think, each time the pyro guy hits the fuckin' thing, it's like $300,000 for each bomb that's gonna go up. But, we're going to do it on this soundstage, and in order to make that happen, they got to get the fire department down here.' Now the fire department comes down, but I think they're digging it. They're thinking, 'I get to watch Guns N' Roses rehearse, so whatever.' They show up.

Now, it's probably 5AM... We're playing [the set], we've been up since 12 o'clock, the road crew has been up since 8AM, for 24 hours. [Axl's]'s in the chair with his arms crossed, just watching. Bombs, fireworks, everything's fuckin' going off... I'm playing November Rain. They have the curtain of sparks bouncing off my cymbals, burning my face, getting on my shorts and shit like that. The door opens - it's DAYLIGHT! You see people coming to work.

We end with Paradise City, doing the fuckin' shuffle thing [in the last part of the song], they blew the confetti shit... And dude, I'm not joking, it's like 7.30/8 in the morning. It's the most surreal moment. In my mind, I'm just going, 'Who's gotta fuckin' clean the confetti? What are we doing? Some poor guy has to sweep fuckin' six inches of confetti.'

We hit the last note. [Axl] gets up, walks out. Never said a word, didn't see him. We just get up, everybody goes home and the next time we saw him was in Rock in Rio. That's sort of Guns in a nutshell. The chaos and what happens." (Brain, I'd Hit That, 02/15)

    What's yours?

This is far from a best story...unless you like this type of drama...him showing no respect for everyone from the crew to the firemen's time is unacceptable.

  10. AC/DC Celebrates End Of 'Rock Or Bust' Tour With New York Steakhouse Party

    http://www.blabbermouth.net/news/acdc-celebrates-end-of-rock-or-bust-tour-with-new-york-steakhouse-party/#HWt5dY6DJ7LODZkK.99

According to the New York Daily News, AC/DC celebrated the end of its "Rock Or Bust" world tour with a party at a New York City steakhouse on Monday, September 12.

The band and "roughly 100 guests" showed up at the Old Homestead Steakhouse for the celebration, which took place in advance of Wednesday night's performance at Madison Square Garden.

A source at the dinner told the paper that GUNS N' ROSES singer Axl Rose sat with AC/DC guitarist and leader Angus Young, and told stories about how he used to stop at the restaurant after performing with GUNS N' ROSES and before hitting the area's nightclubs" — adding that the area was "rough and loaded with transvestites" back then.

AC/DC's itinerary has only two more dates: September 17 in Washington, D.C. and September 20 in Philadelphia.

The rescheduled dates of AC/DC's North American tour — which are the band's first concerts here Rose on lead vocals — kicked off on August 27 at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Angus recently said that he has not made a decision yet regarding the band's future once the current "Rock Or Bust" tour cycle ends. Following the 2014 retirement of his brother and co-founder Malcolm Young due to dementia, Angus also dealt with the exit of drummer Phil Rudd later that year because of legal problems, and more recently the departure of singer Brian Johnson because of hearing loss and bassist Cliff Williams's decision to retire after the tour.

This Is true, yet for some reason there are complaints about the setlist for each and every show on this board. I think these people should save themselves the aggravation and stop listening.

Yes stop listening and stop looking at every tour thread cause the folks that are complaining are damn sure not at every show...give it a rest cause the same old complaints are tired.

I'm looking around a lower and mid level look full, even back top section has a mass of people in it, there are probably empty seats here and there but still. Amazing.

That's why I say people should wait before all these... it's empty...or place not full comments...and what I don't get is...why are people tallying up attendance any damn way?...smh...just enjoy the show!
