Hey guys!

I am an editor and in my free time I decided to put together some footage available on the internet about the early days of Axl until the release of Use Your Illusion I and II.

It´s intended to be a short movie, only 20 minutes long, and I hope everyone likes it. I don't know if here is the right place to post it. If its not, please, move to other section.

The piñata thing is something attached to the Mexican tradition. After Trump made comments perceived as disparaging to Mexicans, piñatas modeled after him became popular. So let's put into perspective this event.

I love GnR and I love the band right now. If Steven and Izzy were back in the fold I would be more than happy. I fucking love the original five. But they are not back . So whats the point of bashing this lineup?  We got Steven. Maybe we will even got an Izzy appearance. I can live with that.

Yeah the lineup means something and this something has a name - Slash. Duff toured some dates with Guns in 2014. Nobody cared. Casual fans are easy to manouver. You read the newspapers/tv news saying it's the original band and you believe. I truly believe that an lineup like Axl, Slash, 4tus, Asbha, Frank, Tommy, Pittman and Bumble would have similar numbers to those 30k - 50k .

So how can u explain that GNR was playing in festivals all over the world in the past 20 years? I can name it a few for you.

Rock in Rio 3, Rock in Rio Lisbon, Rock in Rio 2011, Leeds 2002 and 2010, Rock am Ring....

I don't know about the US but we know that GnR has successfully toured all over the world in the past 20 years.

70% of the casual fans were happy with the last lineup. We care about Izzy and Steven but in the real world no one cares about them. Plus there's people who doesn't know Duff man. The real deal was always about Axl and Slash. Period. The bottom line is we have 3/5 of the original lineup. I'm pretty fucking happy with that.

We need to realize that any appearance of steven or izzy will be additional. not permanent. at least in this period of time. so lets enjoy that we have axl, slash and duff onboard guys. 2 years ago we were happy with ashba and bumble.

Totally out of the blue guys...that was rlly, rlly special! I wish that they will keep him as guest in every show from now on.

That was one of the most intense moments that I had with this band. So glad that Adler was given the opportunity to be part of this tour.
