Clerks 2 was the Weinsteins. Disney bought Miramax. Tusk has been on DVD since December 31st.

That's it Disney bought Miramax. Do they control Miramax, there the Weinstein Company now? What happened to Dimension? Better go to the store. So Clerks 3 will be Disney? Or Weinstein Company. Then the real indie stuff is on his own? It's funny to think Clerks is mainstream cash cow now and then he has to do walrus movies to be indie.

Disney owns Miramax but the Weinsteins do their own shit now. But Clerks 3 shouldn't be the Weinsteins, he said the people who funded Tusk are funding it. Fuck if I remember who, though.

Weinsteins get first dibs on Clerks is what Smith said. He sends them a script and a budget and if they pass, then he's free to shop it around. But obviously he's doing just fine without them.

Yoga Hosers is a weird movie based around Smith and Depp's kids saving the world from monsters using yoga. At least, that's what I gathered from the Smodcasts about it. Doing test screenings so it'll be out soon.

He's actually doing a trilogy of horror movies on the sly. Red State, Tusk, and another is coming. It's called the North trilogy or something.

Clerks 2 was good as he developed those characters and Clerks 3 is coming soon. He's just fished writing Mall Rats 2.

Since August I've been dating the daughter of a long-time coworker. She's 6 years older than I am, with a nearly 2 year old daughter. Life is fucking fantastic, but damn is it a hard road. Diapers are fucking expensive, man.
