  1. No I never heard it but to me it doesn't matter. The songs are what they are.

Yeah maybe, but I think it would be cool to someday get a rawer version. Much like Let It Be Naked by The Beatles.

    That versions didn't exists anymore...

The tapes erased accidentally or some shit like this :max:

The master tapes? Is this confirmed to be true?

Edit: if you mean the versions Slash had, then that doesn't really matter. If the master tapes are in some vault then it's still possible to do whatever. Produce a rawer version.

The Masters are probably in the vault and will never see the light of day for a remaster. We don't even have a 25th Anniversary edition of AFD

Wasn't some kind of package released in Canada? Officially, but not approved by Axl?

  2. It's a boot, worth about $40 at very most.

    jman2000 would know lol :D

    Haha ;)

I'm pretty sure it's bootleg shirt. I think the oldest GN'R shirt, besides those that Slash painted with spray paint before they got signed, is the one with the skull and the gun through it, and in the back it has the Canadian tour dates from when GN'R opened the shows for The Cult in 1987. I've seen those go for about 350-400 dollars.

If you can prove that this shirt is as old as you say it is, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't matter if it was a bootleg shirt, as it would still be an awesome vintage GN'R shirt.

I'd say it would go for 200 bucks tops.

What shirt are you referring to here? Do you have pics or a more detailed description please? Haven't heard of this in all my time collecting, would be cool to know about a new item. Here's an old shirt:

From the Roxy, Jan 1986. Another one:

From the Jun 87 UK tour.

From the fall Europe/UK 87 tour.

Those were the exact shirts I was thinking off, going off exactly what I remembered from reading on your website ;) I wish I owned that Live Like a Suicide shirt so bad.

  3. not worth what they want, but a cool item!

Yes, not worth it at all. You can get them cheaper, just have to be patient. I forgot to bid on the last one that went for like $108 other wise I'm pretty sure I'd have it right now.

  4. The New York Dolls are fucking awesome. Raw and pure rock n roll (or glam metal, whatever you call it). Personality Crisis is great, along with the rest of the album "NEW YORK DOLLS". I do have a few albums on my iPod... don't remember them all though I do listen once in a while.
