I think they're ok. Better than Poison, that's for sure. The reason I brought Poison into it is because those two are always referred to as the cheesy 80s pop-metal. Cinderella was, but I can actually stand listening to them. And *gasp* sing along sometimes.

I think Smoke On The Water is the most famous because people who aren't even into Deep Purple or know who they are have heard the riff at least once.

They're ok. I don't hate them but I definitely don't consider them "rock", they're more poppy. At least they play instruments and aren't another G-Unit or whatever.
