I wouldn't call it 2nd fave, but I love that album mostly because of the reasons you mentioned.

I listen it more than UYIs - it is fun and easy.

I was a "diehard" fan at the time and i was just happy that Axl was doing his thing again.

Well... not joking, and joking at the same time.

I was happy to see him again and had to watch it because there wasn't much other things to see (and hear).

Now, I'm happy again, because all of this is left behind and we have much more and better things on a plate  ;-) 

Just looked at AC/DC fb page...too many 'Sold my tickets' and 'Worst decision to go with Axel' comments...

It is hard to loose a singer, I understand them, but as we went (some did) with Axl is GNR (although we didn't really believed it), in AC/DC the same could go for Angus. 

When you're a real fan, you should show a respect and help the band to overcome something that is not their fault.

They chose a singer who realy fits and who is going to help...it seems to me, there were no such a comments about GNR in any moment (our forum bragging is something else, I don't feel bad here as when reading those comments).

It was great to wake up, make yourself a coffee and watch GNR show live...twice in a row!  Feels like somekind of personal show....

TSI...somehow I always liked GNR covers of punk stuff.

My humble opinion is, they made mediocre songs great, and haven't ruined the ones which already were great.

I'm not fan of a few, like LAYGG and SIDHY, but all the others are very much enjoyable...

CD is too exhausting to be listened, which is pity since it has pretty good potential. I'm not sure if I listened it more than 5 times.

I still have no words...I grew up with his songs, my parents also. He was one of the last music heroes and this broke my heart in pieces.
