Oh, and what I mean by "real girlfriend" is that they are going to go to the school dance together and they play together after school.

Tricia, you should open a new thread in Anything Goes if you want to discuss your son's first girlfriend. It would be to give some advice. Being the "cool" mom doesn't always pay back, but I think you're doing the right thing. :-)
