Maybe Fede isn't a man at all. Maybe he is just a beacon of all of our imaginations coupled with our greatest hopes and dreams. Or maybe, as rumors have stated, he is the handsome and fearless leader of one of the most infamous secret societies in modern times - Team Brazil. Others say he is a direct decedent of Gandhi, born of a virgin, and can turn Mickey into Rasp. His teachings and ways (known as Fedeism, from the Book of Fede) have provided inspiration to many, including up-and-coming Periscopist Damian, to help overcome any hardships (low batteries) and to follow your heart no matter how bad your wi-fi connection may be.

Though not much is known about the man they call Fede, there is one thing about him that we can all be sure of...Fede is Legend.

    Fede Bless you all...

    Hilarious.

Yeah, I did read some ungreatful guys bitchin about Fede speaking spanish last night.

I considered Fede kind of annoying (cause he was annoying, no because he spoke spanish), but... that's the reason I didn't follow his periscope.

That's all bitching people had to do.

"Free will" I think they call it.

Man. what a night. I still can't believe i saw what i saw.

I haven't searched but did anybody mention that the shirts were different at the show than they were for the tower event? They were similar but said "I was there" on the back. Pretty cool. i had to pick one up in addition to the other couple i bought.

The band sounded amazing, and most importantly....seemed really happy. Axl's rasp was unbelievably good from down in the front. Although he tired a bit towards the end, nobody seemed to care. Duff's background vocals were great...especially on the CD songs which sounded even better with this lineup. The better intro was awesome.

When Axl fell, I was honestly worried the show was going to be over but he layed there for a second and then smiled as he kept going.

As much as i wish Izzy was there (he was always my favorite member) it was hard to care. I heard people talking about how impressed they were with Fortus. This is a good thing for him too because instead of being buried as the third guitarist, he was able to showcase his skills and play some solos himself. He looked extremely happy as well.

I was up for 24 hours and am up again after about 4 hours of sleep so i'm a little haggard mentally, but all i can say is that it was a once in a lifetime event and i'm still processing it.

    Thanks for sharing.

  5. I want to share somthing with you guys.

Excuse my english in advance, not my birth language.

I'm from córdoba, Argentina and what I'm going to tell you ocurred about a year and a half ago. You know how it is... rumour after rumour and me "No. Forget it. Never gonna happen" over and over again. But... one day a good friend o'mine (musician with some sort of success) comes and tell me "I've been talking to Palazzo (the guy who brought Slash and NuGN'R to Córdoba) and he says that Slash is returning to GN'R" and blah blah blah. I said, as always, "No way. Never gonna happen". You can check that guy José Palazzo, he runs every Rn'R festival and his partner in bussiness is Mario Pergolini, also a big name (some kind of argentinian Howard Stern). So... the rumour sounded legit, but I didn't believe it anyway. And my friend goes "This time is for real, they're going to announce it this year. I understand if you don't believe me, but is true". Whatever. When I knew about the latest news, I wondered since when all this shit is being worked out.

Sorry if this turned to be an Abe Simpson kind of story.

  6. the band Adler is booked at the whiskey for April 1st , imo that would count him out for Coachella at least . still cant figure out why he isn't blabbing though .

How funny would it be if that's the show Axl Duff and Slash show up for as a warm up gig? Those $10 tickets to Adler's show at the whisky will turn into a gold mine.

Also what a great April Fools, I need to get tickets haha

Ha ha. Was just goiing to say perhaps it's a cover ruse for a warm up. There could be some lucky Adler fans that night!

that did cross my mind I must admit ....

    Mine too.

    But... what are the chances?

    Right?

    RIGHT?

  7. something interesting regarding tool and their managing of pr.

guess GN'R isnt the only band like this

    http://consequenceofsound.net/2016/01/how-tool-built-an-empire-out-of-silence/

That's the classic Radiohead case, at least in the beginning. "We don't talk to press. Ergo, we are not commercial". So a lot of people looking for those artist who avoid market (as if that were somehow related to artist quality) go and buy millions of copies.

In Argentina same happened with a band called Los Redondos. They used to play live randomly, didn't talk to press, so there was a lot of mysticism around the band.
