Yeah, we cannot assume anything from Stradlin. But, what I tried to say is that Izzy seems to be a complicated guy when talking about huge tours and gigs. He was always a hermit dude that avoids show business. I really love Izzy and I really hope that he takes his part on the reunion. He is GNR itself.

Someone has to interview Josh Freese!

Josh Freese is an important character in GNR World, despite just few people notice that. First of all, he replaced Matt and stayed in the band during a mysterious period. In second place, he was the first drummer who started to work in Chinese Democracy songs, including "Oh My God" and his writting credits in the CD, the song (a composition of a drummer!). Not to mention his work on the AFD re-recorded version.

In third place, he recorded the first Slash's solo record, after the disbanding of Velvet Revolver.

So, Josh may have some very interesting stories about Axl and Slash in their "dark periods".

Axl considers Frank a loyal member? Well, great! But it doesn't make ANY sense not having Matt in the reunion. He's in an excellent shape, great musician, great pal of Duff and Slash, he has been playing around the world for the last decades, etc.. It's pretty fair that Richard's taking Izzy's spot, once we all know Stradlin's preferences. But, the only reason that Matt (or even Steven) didn't come back, is that Frank is a loyal member and did not leave the band (as Ashba, Stinson and Bumblefoot)? C'mon, Axl!!!

Possible reasons for Axl no good today:

1) Staying in Austria for too long? Flying to Prague just the night before?

2) Too many days in between Vienna show and Prague show? (Lazy Axl didn't rehearse, went out, drank a lot?)

3) Show time started too early for him. He's already making  huge effort going at 9PM regularly.

4) Leaving the throne comfort zone, walking, moving around too much fucks up his singing?

5) Screaming like a fuck for the past 5 shows have already taken its toll and damaged his voice?

6) Cold/bad weather in some countries made him sick? In most of last show you can see him blowing his nose between songs.

 

Anything else? 

It's the sixth show In less than a month. And he sounded good despite the worst audience ever!
