    11/14/02 Minneapolis 11/13/11 Minneapolis

Saw all of the above live.  Had no clue on the openers as I didn't give a rats ass on them.  Looking back FNM woulda been cool to see.  Think I was pre-partyying.  The Axl solo shows ('02 and '11)- in hindsight- God awful.  Target Center was maybe 1/4 full.  Only highlight was Baz at the '11 show.  (I think)

I thought the Target Center show in '11 was actually pretty good, don't remember baz being there though.  Was pretty sad to see only 7-8000 people there.

    This thread is hilarious.

To the outraged "imagine if it was Hillary or Obama, you'd all be reacting differently" crowd - Imagine if Hillary or Obama had said all those horrible things Donald Trump has said about Mexican people? What's any less appropriate about this? It's not "inciting violence", it's a freaking pinata.

It was a gesture of solidarity with the Mexican fanbase and in my eyes, entirely appropriate given the commentary those people have had to endure for the past 12-18 months.

What did he say that was so terrible? He said some coming across the border were good people, but a lot were bad.  Oh...the horror!

Trump is openly xenophobic to Mexicans (go one page back and read his quote) and Obama is/was not.

I don't like what they did but it's perfectly understandable why would someone hate Trump and why are they doing this.

What if 8 years ago, Kid Rock brought out an Obama pinata hung by a rope?  would that be hilarious?

No, he isn't openly xenophobic.  He doesn't want illegals coming into the country.   Nothing wrong with that.  He doesn't want terrorists entering the country.  Nothing wrong with that.

But that's the beauty of AC/DC. They have a formula and know it works. It's not like they're ashamed that they've never deviated; there was that one famous quote from Angus where he said "People say when they write reviews 'AC/DC has just released the same album 11 times', when in reality, we've released the same album 12 times".

It definitely works for them..it made me appreciate GNR more though...Axl is definitely cementing his spot as one of the greatest frontmen ever by doing this.  It's all good..
