    I sold my ticket to the LA Forum show on 11/25, I wanted to be there at the last show of the tour, on a Saturday night in L.A. , but then they added additional shows, and I lost my mojo to get there. I would have had to spend a few hundred to get/stay/ buy merch/etc.to be there, but now  it's Not the last show...and the same set list from last year.💩

    Enjoy your experience! I am glad you had that moment! He noticed you and reacted! go girl! I haven’t had this happen with any of the Gun’s but have had it happen at other concerts and That moment is so special! Enjoy and hold it close to your heart and memory 🌹🌹🌹

    Ahahaha exactly what I was thinking. Now we know what Axl kept doing in granny stores.

    Seriously though, it was sweet of him to think of his grandma and buy her something she always wanted.

    It really does seem like he was a real grandma's boy.

     

     

     

     

    It looked like it had been kicked and punched a few times.. lol... It was fixed sooner than later. 

    I never heard about the other neighbor, when my friend lived there she rarely saw him, maybe they were touring then, or recording.

    He lived in the Sunset Towers, the 11th floor, if I remember correctly. The street Above Tower records. My good friend and her husband were two doors down...his front door was a mess, but other than that they had no complaints and rarely saw him...this was 1990-1991. I worked at a store for a few years on Wilshire in Beverly Hills, and saw him a few times because he was buying his Grandma a fur coat, he told the sales person he always said he would buy her a fur when he got famous.  Those were the days when the day after Thanksgiving, PETA would line the streets of BH and threaten to throw fake blood on fur wearers (a side note).

    So today, I thought about our Boys and GnR and what would could have been. Metallica presale tickets went on sale today, and all of a sudden my office was filled with all kinds of people (young/old, men/women, liberal/conservatives) trying to get tickets online..I was floored at the diversity and chaos for Metallica (I am a fan, BTW)...But then I thought of when GnR went on sale last year, and I was the only one talking about it, trying to frantically get tickets, and I was Ecstatic (co workers didn't quite get me)...What could have been if we had more original GnR music...Wish we had more music! I LOVE my Guns and they are my band, but was surprised by the Metallica frenzy..just makes you go,,,hmmmm
