  1. I guess you get what you pay for.

But just chasing an AI trend for a type of video that has already been (over)done by whoever on yourube...

Have some standards. Go get Michel Gondry or some cool up and coming artist, pay them and do something that 15 year old kids hasn't already been doing.

Like The Beatles, who like 50 years after they heyday actually brought in an artist to do a music video:

Artist and director Em Cooper explored the space between dreaming and wakefulness, working on an animation rostrum on sheets of celluloid. She painted every frame individually in oil-paint, a labourious process which took many months.

But I guess garishness and Guns N Roses goes hand in hand.

I'm a graphic designer and illustrator, I can send you my portfolio if you want. If you want to make fun of me, do it about the stuff I do actually do.

I just made these for fun in around 5 minutes to send in private to a friend that wanted a proper thumbnail for the leaked track. What I was trying to say is that something made with AI looks more appealing to the eye than that. And as an illustrator, I'm well aware of what means to get something done with AI. I can state way more issues, like the hands and wrists being weird, and the proportions between the door and the person making no sense, etc.

The same way I believe the locker and magic ball coverarts look cheap while still selling an idea of what the song kind of is about while this doesn't.

Doesn't contradict my judgment on saying it's effortless because of the knowledges I do have because what I do for living.

It's very easy to act tough with unknown people on the Internet.

I’m a graphic designer, illustrator and cell animator. I can send you animation of a child koala dancing like Eddie Vedder if you want?

Yes, It’s very easy to act tough with unknown people on the internet. Easier than claiming lazy AI-stuff with floating teddybears are more apealing than non-AI lazy art? ….  perheps.

I personally prefer these I came up with AI.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a graphic designer, but this seems effortless, and like Fernando paid some Indian kid on Fiverr to do a GN'R cover art with no context given. Even the locker and magic ball coverarts have some sort of meaning, this is just random elements pieced together.

Person using AI and not even have the hand hold the teddybear, is saying that something else is "effortless" and done by some "Indian kid on fiverr"

Once again, THEY PAID HER TO MAKE PHOTOS FOR THEM. They took her out on “364 shows or 30 ‘legs’” for what? For her to walk away, claiming and demanding sole ownership of the photos and for them to have nothing?? Get real. I agree with the bolded.

Also she didn't wait to sue. She apparantly tried to sue already at the beginning of the year and somehow that got botched up.

Do you have any experience in hiring and writing contracts with photographers regarding relesisng and having ownerships photographs?

Do you have any experience in that field?

I was just listening to “It’s so easy” live at the Marquee and can’t help to notice that I miss that sound. Steven’s drumming was so cool. The Punk sound. And Axl sounded so angry and pissed off. It’s a bad shame they’ve gotten so soft and woke in my opionion. I loved them more when they were the most dangerous band in the world. Can’t they start a riot again  somewhere?

    People using the term "woke"

those are poly-lined inner sleeves... they are supposed to be better for yr vinyl, pretty common now a-days. i'm not sure that the OG inner sleeves were poly lined either, as i have a first US pressing of lies & it's just a printed inner.

here's a link to a popular brand of those poly lined sleeves:

Here is mine. Printed innersleave but with the "poly lined"/plastic inner.

  7. The inner sleeve of the vinyl of Lies has a plastic sheet on the inside facing the discs, glued to the paper stock.
This is the only vinyl album I know of that has an inner sleeve like this, with this type of plastic protective coating.

Do you know of any other examples of albums having this?
And does this specific type of inner sleeve have a name? My local pressing plant said they could not produce this type.

“Limited” vinyl cash grab. They threw on Hard Skool to make it different than the normal GH. I personally don’t own GH on any format and won’t start now. It’s funny because every member had problems with its release back in 2004

They haven’t sold out of the AFD banned cover yet (which actually looks great and it’s foiled which the description doesn’t tell you). If you want something a little unique, grab that one. It displays well

This one will probably sit for a while

What do you mean by foil? The lettering being foiled or the whole cover being printed on metallic stock?
