Its true! I got one from there a couple of weeks ago. Its a brown t-shirt with "Guns n Roses" written in big gold letters, with the pistols and roses either side. I think they had other bands as well in there
Dude, post a picture if you can, I'd like to see it.
Well I say I got one, but its a christmas present for me, so I can't take a pic. It is awesome though

Oasis - Cigarettes and Alcohol
"Might as well do the white line"

Awesome dude! I saw him in June, but obviously Modern Times wasn't released so I saw no material. Hope I can see him soon when he returns to Europe.
Its awesome that he played Joey. I have been looking at the setlists from his recent gigs, and he's playing stuff like Tangled up in Blue and Simple Twist of Fate. I could die happy if I saw him perform those

I can see a similarity, but then again, its possible to see that in many songs. Its Harrison I feel bad for, having to go through all that legal crap over My Sweet Lord.

This is one band I would love to see live

I dont think lets all make believe is official, no word on the website, plus its not on the greatest hits, and isnt on the new EP.
Lets all Make Believe was a B-side in 2000 to the single Go Let it Out.
That Masterplan video is awesome, Liams walk, and a few Beatles references as well.

Release Date
in 2006
I asked in my HMV store today and they said they didn't have it listed.
Then I asked in Music Zone, and they said they have it down for the 4th Dec
Oh for fucks sake.. Is this mindless guessing pissing anyone else off?
The record stores don't have a fucking clue... They're in the same boat as we are..
Music Zone also said 13 November a couple of days ago... DON'T YOU GET IT YET? THEY DON'T FUCKING KNOW!
We'll just have to wait!
KK x
I know they don't know jack shit, I was just reporting what I heard. I'm sorry if my post seemed like a mindless guess, I intended it to be just a statement.

Saw them perform it on Jonathan Ross last friday, and thought it sounded poor

the beatles blows em both out the water, especially live.
Damm right! Lennon sounds great
-
Well, they have removed the little blurb about joining the fan club if you buy tickets for certain dates on the main page

I can't stand Kledis, but it was quite funny

Pretty much any of George Harrisons solo album have awesome slide on them

The feat of just releasing an album, without any proper promotion, could generate massive promotion itself

Holy mother of God!

I don't even care about new songs being played because they were played back in 2002, but if there is no mention of the album by Axl at the shows which goes fer beyond "There was legal troubles, it will be out in 2007." or "We are 99% done." then I quit.
Axl better give a DAMN good reason as to why ChiDem doesn't come out THIS YEAR, and new songs shouldn't be the reason to keep us around. He said it would come repeatedly, now I believe him until otherwise told but I am very skeptical. And if this album if not released this year, then he lied. Plain and simple....
He should show us anough respect to MAKE SURE he holds his word which is the strongest statement he has ever made about this album..."It will be out this year." (something along those lines at the VMA interview).....and all the shit about how Axl doesn't owe us anything, he does. Some of his fans have waited since 2002 for this album. I have waited since January of 2005 and I am getting tired. Imagine how the people from 1999 must feel. I don't even know how they are still sticking around.
If Axl doesn't owe it to them, then Axl owes it to the people who were at the shows in 2002 and the people who have it in their sigs the dates and places of 3 shows in 2006. He owes it to the people who know every word of "the Blues". And if it doesn't get released this year and he doesn't have an amazing excuse for it, then he gave us die-hard fans, but mostly the people that have been here since 2002, the biggest let-down and lie in Guns n' Roses history. And for that I give up on his EVEN IF the album comes out in 2007. Because while we have all the love in the world, he doens't respect us one bit. His current state with his current band would go into the same class as every other artist out there. I would still love the old Guns though. Always.
That's my thoughts on the matter...sorry guys.
Totally agree.
The amount of shit I have put up with from my mates over this album. I have a number of bets on its release this year.

All sounds good. His work looks really good

They have removed the Nashville date from the official site, but haven't penciled in a rescheduled date yet. Also they haven't yet mentioned on the site that it has been removed like the Jacksonville date.
-
I will be abit out of pocket as I have a number of bets with my mates whether its going to be released.

Four on the Floor - Juliette and the Licks
Good as I been to you - Bob Dylan

You Know my Name, Look up the Number!
Not really. But it is a difficult choice.
If it came down to it, either:

This is what it says on I Am The walrus website:
Get Back
Written by Paul, it was originally a political satire on the feelings by some that immigrants to Britain should be repatriated. In the original demos, he was singing about the Pakistanis taking others jobs, and that they should go back to where they came from. But, mostly his satirical intentions were misunderstood. For years Paul had to answer questions about this from those who heard his original "bootleg" version, believing him to be a racist. In fact, The Beatles were probably the least racist of any group. When it was recorded in its final form, it had been transformed to speak of Jojo of Tucson. Linda McCartney had lived in Tucson for a while, which was probably Paul's inspiration for using it. From this, no other story line was evident. "Get Back" was a huge hit for The Beatles, selling more than two million copies worldwide, and reached number one in America, Britain, Australia, Canada, West Germany and France.
