The next tour will be when a release date for Chinese Democracy is anounced, to promote the album.

If the album doesn't exist, then there will be no tour.

But I think someday (could be some time) there will be an album and a tour.

Ebay or ask in guns n' roses forums, perhaps somebody has it and perhaps he will sell it to you.

First I heard the song I thought "Ok Nevermind" was part of the song. But when I saw the video and heard "The Blues" from other conerts of the 2002 Tour, than it was clear that it has nothing to do with the song.
