    It was in one of the rumour threads about CD being released on the 21st, posted it about a month ago i guess. I will just log off and never come here again :P

    This reminds me, at the Manchester show, Axl came on I think it was about an hour or so after the time set, but I didn't think anything of it, I expected it.

    I saw this guy next to me texting on his mobile, (I dont normally look at what people text btw) and he was saying something like "that stupid ginger twat's late again - im fuckin sick of this"

    I couldn't decide whether i wanted to hit him or laugh at him - what did he expect?

    I really hope that this is the last we ever see of Axl Rose unless he decides to grow up and release the CD. We have been lied to all year about this being the year that the CD would be released. Shame on you Axl, your over 40 years old time to grow the fuck up, 15 years to release an album? what a joke you turned into.

    No more lies and bullshit, release the CD or go away for good, the way things are going I doubt anyone will miss you.

    There were only 3 original members in that lineup, because 2 had left.

    Now 2 more have left.

    It's been a gradual change. If Adler, Izzy, Duff and Slash had all left at once then it wouldn't be GNR. But that's not what happened.

    well it's not a gradual change, because since Izzy left there hasn't been any real release of original material. It would have been gradual if Slash worked on songs with Brain and bucket and than slash left and duff continued to work on it etc. but that didn't happen there was a cut in the creative process of the band and that's not gradual at all.

    It's also wrong to say that the appetite line up wasn't original because different people played under the same name before. that was a totally different band, a simple hair metal band. appetite defined what GN'R used to be and in that way the original line up is Axl, Izzy, Duff, Steven and Slash.

    but it's stupid to bitch about the current line up, it's a cover band and most people don't even care if there will be a release at all.

    i) I meant gradual over a period of years, not on how much music was released.

    ii) I never said appetite lineup wasn't original.

    If you didn't care you wouldn't talk so much about it.

    All I care about is new music with Axl at the helm...Something he has been unable to produce since he dismantled the band.

    I feel bad for the fans in Milwaukee, I know I would have felt really bad in the Manchester show had been cancelled. I also hope that Axl gets better soon and no more shows get cancelled ^_^
