i dunno about a presale... but some kind of organized online sale would be cool. the thing about a presale is that everyone would download it after the initial couple thousand got sold.

by pre-sale i mean .. buy on line now and get the album whenever its released. everyone will hv paid for the album already. it will be online anyway after its being sold.

it really rocks! it's catchy & has great lyrics.

It can compete to a lot of the old GNRs songs I think.

I'll download anything I can get. Axl has given no indication as to when the album will be released. Only minor hints, and lets face it, we don't really know when we'll be able to go to the store and buy it.

I will buy it when it comes out, hopefully by Christmas 2006.

That's what I'm thinking. Some leaks and few gigs don't mean the album's going to be out. Remember 2002/2003. I'll get what I can get, if it comes out I'll pay for the songs in their final versions.

I think Axl and co. must have been on this board for a while and examined the comments that people had of the band. I mean....people ragged about Axl's hip hop look, about Robin's gothic look, and then this time around it changed, they must have given out unofficial demos out for people to listen and having gotten back good feedback they must have decided to play the songs. IMO the band surely must at certain stages be looking and examining what fans want and to see how they can satisfy that need. Finally we get things a bit our way rock1

I don't think they'll do a DVD including songs that appear on Chinese Democracy before CD will be released. That'd be very strange. He says he wants to get the long awaited album out and takes it all off cause half of the songs are on a dvd released before. It wouldn't work...
