Cool thing. It's wonderful if the love for one band brings young & old together. I'm 19 now and just met a 50 year old man in the city who looked at my Alice Cooper shirt, came down, told me how great the gig in February was and sang School's Out to me :-)

I'd get them now if I were you. Or at least in like 2060... remember people thought CD was about to be released when the 2002 tour started as well. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing just disappeared in the black again...

Though of course I hope we'll see a new album this year!

You have to give everyone a sample of what is on the album. Something to promote it.

Like a leak or playing it live.

(I don't think THIS album needs promotion anymore. They could probably release it tomorrow and it went straight No. 1)

I think its more likely that they were kind of "forced" to play the new songs because they were leaked in the first place.

And about the single: I'm not even sure if there will be one... How many Rock Bands do singles nowadays... not too much. If there's gonna be one, I'm sure it will be one of the leaks (also because Axl said those & Madagascar were his fav songs...).

I love Vince and Motley Crue but seems like alot of rock stars are intimidated by Axl`s comeback..Vince,Bon Jovi,Weiland..They all talk shit about Axl..

That's just because Axl actually doesn't deserve it. It's a wonder all those fans have been waiting for him. He lied at his fans, cancelled gigs, talked some sh*t but there are still many behind him though he has nearly done nothing for them since 10 years. Except for broken promises... That's a phenomenon Bon Jovi, Weiland & Vince don't have.

Though I can understand them. I'd be mad too if I worked my a*s up and some other guy just does nothing but gets more attention.

sounds good to me. a reunion would be so wrong. axl has his band, VR are another band. I would find it so ridiculous if GNR would play again (original line-up) and pretend nothing's been netween them at all...
