Max™
Go and download the trail version of ESET NOD32, update it and run. It'll sniff out anything virus related.

Max™
1.go into control panel 2.go to performance and maintenance3.Click System RestoreAll your problems should be solved. The first thing many viruses do is bury themselves in the System Restore data folders. Normally when cleaning the virus out of the system you would remove all available restore points to be rid of it from there.

Alpine
Knew it would work. What you want to do now is download sygate and avg so this doesn't happen again. Sygate will track everything that tries to enter and exit your computer and ask you if you want it to enter or exit your computer. Then have avg do a scan to find if there is anything hiding. And then you'll be all set. Edited June 28, 2008 by Alpine

LCG
I'd scan your PC, just in case there's anything on there still. As Max™ suggested, you can use the ESET NOD32 trial. Or you can use AVG Free for a free virus scanner.

Rapidshare premium is the way to go. Not that I condone illegal downloads - but its used for so much more.

I did not make it up to get attention. Edited June 29, 2008 by Alpine
Black Sabbath
Ok, I downloaded the ESET NOD32 Antivirus program Trial, and did a scan, and it was done in a minute. Was it supposed to be that quick? And even though it said nothing was detected after the scan, It still shows this under the Protection Status.
