Kim Gordon is the only female rock-singer I can stand.Is Daydream on Geffen?Teenage Riot is fantastic record - but whole album is great.Nic Fit!Daydream Nation was originally released on a small label which went bankrupt a few months after the release. Then Geffen bought the rights to the album and released it.and it did pretty well commercially as a result.Goo was well received critically I thinkBy the time 100% was out, I don't know it didn't look like Sonic Youth anymore - but they went on proved that they are - NY Ghost and Flowers I liked as well.I've lost track now - but they keep putting out records.Saw Thurston play a guitar with a Violin bow once.I have very little knowledge about Sonic Youth post-92/93 myself. But from what I've heard, I prefer Thurston's solo-stuff. Trees Outside The Academy was definately last year's best record. On topic: I forgot Paramore.
