stevGNR666
yeah man, saw the black keys twice now once in tennessee, bonnaroo, and once in terminal 5 in nyc. they're one of the sickest rock band i've seen playing blues licks - their live act is impeccable and pulsing with energy, groove, and most importantly, an acute attention to dynamic.never heard of shinedown. i'll check them out in the future. thanks for the recommendations! I would love to see them live.I'm surprised they are not a HUGE band.shinedown isn't really anything all that amazingly special.Just a good old fashion rock band. Not cheesy like Nickleback.People like to say that Avenged is a little brother to GnR. Shinedown is like the younger brother to Lyn-Skynard.I really like their acoustic version of Simple Man. Their singer has a pretty strong voice. Shuffle
If everyone here likes them...why doesn't anyone talk about them here?In case someone didn't know, singer/guitarist Dan Auerbach has a solo album planned for February (I think) called Keep It Hid.
