Co-written by Mick Taylor and Mick Jagger with little to no participation from Keith Richards, Taylor officially received no writing credit for this song (as Jagger was uncomfortable with breaking the well known, "Jagger/Richards" writing brand) and it's the final straw that caused 'Little Mick' as he was called to leave the Stones in '74.
