Young_Gun Posted September 10, 2010 Share Posted September 10, 2010 We now know that a handful of people have the entire alternate booklet of Chinese Democracy with the Axl approved artwork and alternate covers, im just wondering what is stopping the label/Axl from putting it out? Surely would boost sales as the hardcore fans would snap it up and it could even be used as a "re-release" of sorts, throw in some bonus tracks and you'll sell 200,000 additional copies worldwide(i said worldwide). If the label is the problem, then can't they sell the copies at their live shows as merchandise? Maybe that would be copyright breach as the label does own the rights to that album. Im just thinking/guessing/dreaming. What do you guys reckon? The booklet is going to leak soon supposedly and if they want the best sales from it, they should put it out before it leaks.
