misch Posted February 11, 2011 Share Posted February 11, 2011 In Mick Walls book 'The Most Dangerous Band in the World' there's an interview with Slash where Mick and Slash talk about GNRs bad reputation and that there isn't a month without new rumours. Slash: "Yeah, I know. Axls dead..." Mick: "...or you're all a bunch of junkies."Slash: "All right, all right...I saw this MTV broadcast lately with this 10 minute spot about the fact that I didn't kill Axl...Axls NOT dead! And I'm just...wtf? They showed these freezed frames: 'AXL - NOT DEAD'...'JIMI HENDRIX - DEAD'...and then a picture of me and the band: 'NOT DEAD'. And then they showed a picture of Elvis - 'DEAD?'... Sorry for the inaccurate wording. I only have the german version and had to translate it by myself.
