Although physical health can be affected at some point when you hold on to too much anger. Enough Stress can kill you. Axl has had plenty of stress in his life. Thats why I wish he could find away to let go of it and take a fresh breath of air. He has worked too hard in his life not to be able to enjoy his accomplishments.
