Ken
I know people are gonna bash me for this....but I also think eminem is a genious. Lyrically this guy is years ahead of the hiphop scene. He has his down points....but also many songs that are truely genious.Very good post man.Yeah, eminem is great, got his marshall mathers CD. im looking forward to his new album...some people in here say Eminem is a wanna be Axl. (Like with the controversy) I think thats stupid as hell. Edited September 22, 2004 by Ken

Rumin
I think old rap is alright. I don't own any old rap albums or anything, but I think a lot of the songs are pretty good. New rap on the other hand, is the worst thing to happen in music history ever! I don't understand why someone would waste their money on a 50 Cent CD. Whats the differents? I think he means today's rap is nothing but someone saying "yo fucka" or whatever, and has no substance. GN'R cursed a lot, but their songs weren't just 3 minutes of the 'F word.'
