Just chuck in some chords (F and D).Remember also, that this is pretty much the melody - Axl's accompaniment is basically chords, until the final section. Also, the real version was recorded half a step lower, meaning that it may sound very slightly different and will be a bit harder to sing to if you have a deep voice.If you're brave enough, you could try holding the melody yourself and just playing the chords.
