Best Coldplay album

I do like Coldplay a lot and I'm liking them more and more as time goes by...

I think that Parachutes was by far their best album. They made it before they were really anybody, and the production is nice and simple, the songs are soft, mellow, and simple... they still had that minimalistic approach. I particularly like the second half oof the album... everything from "Yellow" on to the end, though the first 4 are good too.

A Rush of Blood to the Head was ok, but it seems that they are getting increasingly worse as time goes on... they are getting more famous, and seem to have this attitude of "We gotta out-do our last one" which makes it seem forced and not true. It seems overproduced now and it's like they're trying to force perfection, which means they are abandoning the simple, minimalistic approach, which held the beauty of the music in years past.

All the songs in X&Y sounds the same shite..so A Rush... is the best for me.

Not my favourite band, but they have some great tunes. Maybe the second album was the better. I don't like Chris Martin's personality : he seems to be a little bit hypocrite. I never liked preachers, anyway.

I like Coldplay. I haven't heard there new album, so I can't judge that one. But from the other two I liked A rush of blood through the head better.

3.X&Y

I like them all very much, but rush of blood is so much better. Parachutes is good casue of the simplicity of it, and X&Y is still growing on me day by day.
