My band is a full-on rock outfit with: -80's influences (gnr, van halen... etc, etc) -PLENTY of talent -Experience -Backup from local rock veterans -Everything but a drummer. Our requirements are that you have a balls-to-the-wall style, can keep the beat, are motivated, are in the age range of 16-20, and it would be great if you have your own drum set (although it's not mandatory).
