its a tough choice all are classics of the genre(and are the some of the greatest bands in all music)and the most well known bands,but I'll have to pick Cannibal Corpse mainly because the lyrics are prob. one of the coolest lyrics ever written and because I'm a fan of a subgenre in Death Metal called Brutal Death Metal.

Death would easily be one of the greatest metal bands ever if Chuck's singing wasn't so intolerable at times. Amazing instrumental work in that band. Probably the only DM band I can tolerate so I voted for them.
