johnezz Posted February 9, 2006 Share Posted February 9, 2006 Yes, he is.If you don't know how is, well shame on you, he's the guitarist from Genesis, then went to a solo career after.Forget EVH, Hackett was doing double handed tapping as early as '69. Really it's hard to discribe his stuff, he has a huge influence of classical music on him, and he has some outstanding melodies.Really, just check out the Genesis albums that he was one, brilliant.
