My computers been inundated with spyware programmes and all that crap and I can't get rid of it all.

I've used microsoft antispywrae, ad adware, spybot, aol spyware protection and AVG anti virus but it doesn't seem to be enough.

What else can I do? Also, is Spy fighter a rogue programme? because I can't seem to un-install it.

System restore, would this result in me restarting the computer and re-loading all the software back on? there's no way i'm doing that again.

I've got rid of it for the most part, considering how much there was, however when I open the IE browser I get this:

The information is false, for a kick off I don't live in the United States and secondly that is not my IP address.

You should use Firefox ;)

1. Update Ad-Aware, Spybot, AVG Anti Virus

2. Turn off system restore!

3. Boot into Safe-mode!

4. Start Ad-Aware then Spybot then AVG

5. Reboot and scan again

If there's still something do the procedure again or post the log files of Ad-Aware, Spybot, AVG Anti Virus

bollocks

that site is full of shit

i just when on it and the same thing happened to me

(except they got my browser wrong, i use IE not Mozilla/4.0 <_< )

ignore it

Yeah I could ignore it but the fact it comes up when I open IE means I still have spyware somewhere.. when I open that site that's what could be maintaining the problem.

I keep running spybot every so often and it usually finds something called "vcodex" I think. I'd have to run it again to check.

Hey I got your PM....been away for a few days.

Are you updating your antispyware programs? You must keep them 100% up to date, new definitions are coming out every day.

If you want a small tutorial on how to use a program called Hijack this, PM me also or catch me on MSN. If you want I can do a remote assistance and see if anythings up.

Yeah I know all the programmes i've got are up to date.

I can clear all the viruses but if I open IE and this page comes up they come back again!
