Zeppelin IV vs. Physical Graffiti

Me and my friend Kelly were debating this on Friday

I say Zep IV. Not a bad song on the whole thing, and solidified Led's place at the top of 70's rock

Zeppelin IV but Physical Graffitti is definitely one of their three bests, IV is their best IMO.

IV, but it's a close one. But my favourite Zep album is II.

Physical Graffiti. It has more material for one, and two, it spans a lot more styles. On PG you get country-blues, electric blues, rockers, slowed down dance-ey songs, etc.

IV is great and so is PG but IV has those huge LZ songs that you cannot deny as greatness. PG is solid all the way until the last half of the second disk which is understandable since it is just extra songs that didn't make it to other releases.

dude, all of the songs on the second disc were written for that album. The only songs that were written for a different album was most of the stuff on the first disc
