He was referring to the random guy who breached security and jumped onstage to advertise his website just before Panic! at the Disco came onstage to accept their award. A few years ago at the VMAs, another random guy also jumped onstage while Bob Dylan was singing. He had no shirt on - and just the name "Soy bomb" painted across his chest. He started doing this really weird dance as Dylan was singing. Dylan gave these strange looks to his other band members while the guy was dancing, but kept playing without missing a beat. It took security almost the entire song before they realized the guy wasn't part of the act and that he was just some random guy who had jumped onstage.And I agree with Bad Obsession -- it looked "staged" as opposed to the Dylan incident, which was real.
