Since then Axl's been on a tweaking mission, taking what h had and making it better. No doubt during the making it better phase, new material (tracks) came into being. Maybe if the original mix had been released it would have bombed (Moby said it was finished, so maybe it was simply too industrial and too risky to release to a Gn'R audience).
