Bruce Springsteen - Incident On 57th Street

This song is like a movie told in poetry. The imagery on the verses is fantastic, it's amazing how someone can describe something so perfectly. Then, in the middle, the beauty of Garry Tallent's bass solo, leaving just him, a simple drum beat and Springsteen's voice, while building up to the chorus at the ending, when the excitement reaches the high point, until it suddenly slows down and it's just 30 seconds of beautiful piano, linking the song to Rosalita.

So powerful, yet so simple. My favourite song at the moment.
